Leningrad Region: acting school director jobs spouse into six posts
According to the documents, the director’s husband was busy with work 22 hours a day.
The acting director of the Ushakinskaya School of Tosnensky District, the Leningrad Region, fixed her husband up for six jobs at once: a janitor, guard, physics teacher, computer lab technician, head of a robotics and video editing project groups. According to the documents, the husband worked all the necessary hours, but in that case he had to fulfill his duties 22 hours a day. The prosecutor's office initiated a criminal case of official forgery (part 1 of Article 292).
The posts of the janitor and janitor implied an 8-hour working day, while the teaching rates – 30 working hours per week. The prosecutor's office considered this impossible and suspected that the man was holding certain positions only nominally despite receiving salaries for each of them.
In the 2000s, Western Europe had welcomed refugees from Chechnya. In 2018, it has finally realized the criminal potential of dozens of thousands of mountain dwellers who had left their native land because of reprisals and economic disorder. Many of those who had fought against the Russian army in the first and second Chechen wars and their grown-up children skilled in weapons and practicing martial arts have united into street gangs. The CrimeRussia was figuring out why the Germans and Austrians don’t feel themselves comfortable in their countries anymore.
