Investigation Committee found numerous embezzlements in construction of road to Kresty-2
Investigation of criminal case under article swindle has begun.
During investigation verification of construction of roads to the pre-trial detention center Kresty-2 signs of swindle for 12 million rubles were revealed, Rosbalt with reference to the press service of Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia of St. Petersburg reports.
According to data of check, on August 23, 2016, a contract for construction of the road to the new pre-trial detention center in Kolpino on the amount of more than 15,86 million rubles was signed between OFPS of the Russian Federation across St. Petersburg of the Leningrad region and the contractor of Federal the State Unitary Enterprise.
On September 21 the customer of the state contract transferred to the contractor advance payment in the amount of more than 4,75 million rubles. In December, 2016 unspecified persons, acting on behalf of the contractor, provided to the customer's address acts of allegedly performed works on the contract in full for the amount of more than 11,1 million rubles. After that the customer transferred money.
As a result, malefactors stole at least 12 million 228 thousand rubles. A criminal case is brought upon the swindle. The investigation is carried on.
