According to sources, the Department of Internal Affairs of the Research Affairs of Russia in Moscow opened a case of the deliberate bankruptcy of the Klientsky bank. It was repeatedly summoned for questioning Andrey Lopatov, who held the post of the Chairman of the Board of Directors. However, calls of investigators remained unanswered.
