Head of Ingushetia Construction Ministry detained under suspicion of swindle for 54 million rubles
According to investigators, the official together with a local businessman profited on swindles during construction of a school.
Law enforcement authorities detained the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Ingushetia Mustafa Buruzhev, and also of the heads of local civil engineering firm. They are suspected of large scale swindle during a construction of school. Operation was performed by the staff of the Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for North Caucasus federal district.
According to investigators, the entrepreneur by previous concert with unspecified persons provided acceptance acts of the performed works and the certificate of cost of the performed works for payment to the Ministry of Construction, intentionally entering distorted data on their cost.
According to design specifications and estimates in one of the block of the school it was planned to organize labor training of children and to install corresponding expensive equipment there, but the contractor did not perform these works, at the same time documents on commissioning were signed by the head of the Ministry of Construction of Ingushetia, who at that time was a chief specialist of department of technical supervision and exercised supervision of a construction on the object and personally signed acts of the performed works.
Besides, being already the head of the Ministry of Construction, knowing in advance that a part of works was not executed and the necessary equipment was not delivered, Buruzhev signed the acceptance report in operation of school.
A case on swindle is initiated upon a crime.
