St. Petersburg police detain CEO who stole funds to repair Krasny Bor ground
The damage from criminal activity, by estimates of investigators, exceeded 50 million rubles ($878.000).
Head of the Ekogradstroy company Andrey Gradoboyev suspected of embezzlement of 51 million rubles ($895.000) allocated for repair of the Krasny Bor ground was detained in St. Petersburg.
As it is reported in the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia across the region, the company had to carry out a reclamation of sites with pastelike and liquid toxic waste and construct new cards for temporary placement of garbage. The detainee assumed that there will quite be enough 15% of the sum of contracts for this purpose.

Yet another scandal involving Boris Dubrovsky is looming in the Chelyabinsk region. The Governor is determined to resettle Uraim and Severny Klyuch villages against the will of their residents.
