Ingushetia: ex-Minister accused of inappropriate expenditure of means
Former Head of the Ministry of Agriculture ‘spent’ more than 53 million budgetary rubles ($936.360).
Investigation of criminal case against former Minister of Agriculture of Ingushetia over inappropriate expenditure of budgetary funds is completed. The press service of regional Investigative Committee reports about it.
According to law enforcement authorities, the 64-year-old official, using his official powers, in December, 2013 transferred budgetary funds in a size of 53.7 million rubles for the settlement account of Ingtorg-leasing LLC.
As the ICR believes, the money were transferred for repayment of leasing payments for 16 state unitary enterprises of the Republic, that is on the purposes which are not corresponding to conditions of their receiving.
It is noted that if the guilt of the ex-Minister is proved, then he may face up to five years of imprisonment.
