Deputy head of Dagestani village adds 34 years to get pension
Criminal proceedings have been initiated against the Pension Fund and the FMS departments employees.
A criminal case has been launched against the Dagestani deputy head of the village of Kuletsma, who got a fake passport and employment book at the Federal Migration Service (FMS) of the republic. According to documents, a citizen born in 1989 got additional 34 years old so that he could receive a pension, and employees also included false information about working on a collective farm in 1985-1996, the Dagestan Prosecutor’s Office stated.
According to the investigation, on February 2018, a municipal employee applied to the district branch of the Pension Fund with a request for a pension, after which from March 2018 to July 2019 he received payments of 155 thousand rubles. The investigation charged the deputy head of the village with Swindling (part 1 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
Also, the investigating authorities launched criminal proceedings against employees of the departments of the Pension Fund and the Federal Migration Service. They were charged with Abuse of Official Powers (part 1 of Article 285 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and Official Forgery (part 1 of Article 292 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
