Defendants in case on misappropriation during construction of Putin’s residence to remain in pre-trial detention center
Three defendants will stay under arrest until November 21.
The Basmanny Court of Moscow left the budgetary funds of the accused of plunders during construction of the residence of Russian President Vladimir Putin in custody, RIA Novosti tells.
In particular, the arrest of CEO of Stroyfasad Vladislav Kyuner, former director of this firm Sergey Litvinov and head of one more firm contractor Dmitry Torchinsky was prolonged. According to the judgment, the term of stay in the pre-trial detention center is prolonged till November 21, 2017.
The question of arrest extension to head of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Ateks at the Federal Guard Service (FSO) Andrey Kaminov who according to the investigators also organized a criminal group will be considered in court separately, on Wednesday, August 16, the agency specifies.
Two more defendants in the case - businessmen Sergey Privalov and Dmitry Rodionov are suspected only of swindle, without participation in a criminal group.
