Court seized land plot of bard Novikov
At the regular hearing the Yekaterinburg Court ordered the seizure of property belonging to the accused in the fraud singer.
The Court of Yekaterinburg decided to seize the property of bard Alexander Novikov.
In particular, now, the accused of fraud singer is prohibited to dispose of his land plot in area more than 40 hectares, according to the court documents.
As the CrimeRussia previously wrote, Alexander Novikov and his business partner Mikhail Shilimanov are accused of multimillion-dollar theft from shareholders of the cottage village Bukhta Queens. 65 people were materially damaged; the amount of damage exceeded 75 million rubles.
