Court removed attachment from property of father and wife of RusHydro's ex-Head
According to lawyers of the former top manager, the property was acquired before the alleged crime of Evgeny Dod.
The Moscow City Court ruled to remove the attachment from the real estate, owned by the father and wife of the former Head of RusHydro Evgeny Dod. As the defense argued, the property was acquired before Dod’s inauguration to the state corporation's top management. The arrest was canceled in respect of four apartments in Moscow, two houses in the Moscow region, three land plots and five cars, belonging to Vyacheslav Dod.
In addition, control under the property was returned to the wife of the former Head Katerina. Her lawyer also insisted that her property was acquired before Evgeny Dod took high office. As a result of the arrest an apartment house in Peskovo, hozblok and a land spot.
Recall that the amount of the alleged damage from the top manager in 73 million rubles was offset to the state corporation to friends and relatives of Dod.
The former Head of RusHydro and his Accountant Dmitry Finkel were accused of embezzling 73 million rubles, illegally obtained by the top-manager during the calculation of the annual bonuses. Both defendants did not plead guilty.

However, on the sidelines of the ministry they expect not a promotion for the Petersburg general, but an honorable resignation with the consequent loss of political weight.
