The Tagansky Court in Moscow sentenced the Head of LLC Essover-K Valery Loginov to five years in prison for attempted swindling in the repair of Detskyi Mir, reported TASS. He is convicted of an offense under part 3 of Art. 30, part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code (Attempted Swindling committed on an especially large scale).
According to investigators, the businessman was about using counterfeit documents to assign funds of JSCo TPP-ZIL for outstanding work on the power supply of the former TC Detsky Mir. Investigators believe that the entrepreneur for the period from March 2010 to May 2011 tried to steal 250 million rubles.
