Son of high-ranking policeman arrested for drug trade in the Urals

Court has arrested Andrey, a son of Sergey Shchennikov - a deputy head of MIA’s directorate for transportation in Yekaterinburg - on charges of drug trade, reports Ura.ru.
The city’s Leninsky court specified that Shchennikov Jr. is going to be in custody till June 11.
Source told the details of detention of the Colonel’s son. Andrey was stopped in the street by policemen. He turned out to carry drugs with a weight of 130 grammes which is considered a large scale.
Criminal case into an attempt on illegal manufacturing and sale of narcotic drugs on an especially large scale was initiated against Shchennikov Jr. It is known that Andrey is a son of a policeman from the first marriage. They haven’t been communicating with the father for a long while.
