Siberian special forces detain large drug gang making multimillion-ruble income

A special operation was carried out in Novosibirsk with the participation of Grom unit soldiers, during which 18 members of an international group of drug dealers were detained. According to representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Irina Volk, the detained 18 people are accused of organizing a laboratory for the production of synthetic drugs and an attempt to sell them through an online store. The location of the Internet resource and its functioning were deeply disguised, the connection of drug dealers with customers was carried out through instant messengers.
The sale of narcotic drugs was carried out in the territory of the Novosibirsk, Tomsk, Kemerovo regions and the Altai Territory, as well as one of the neighboring countries.
During the searches, the dope with a total weight of more than 15 kilograms, as well as equipment for the production of prohibited substances was withdrawn.
Currently, 18 defendants have been charged, all of them arrested.
It concerns entrepreneur Dmitry Motorin, Boris Usherovich, a co-owner of the Group of Companies 1520, and Novoe Vremya board member, Ivan Stankevich. Motorin is accused of giving a bribe on an especially large scale, and Stankevich and Usherovich are charged with bribe-taking.
