Russian diplomats to be taken from London on aircraft involved in “cocaine case”
Journalists noted that the plane with the number RA-96023 arrived at the London Stansted airport.
Members of the Russian diplomatic mission in the UK and their families will apparently be taken from London on the same aircraft that was involved in the so-called “cocaine case.” RBC journalists drew attention to the fact that, according to Ruptly’s (Russia Today’s video agency) broadcast and the photos by TASS, the aircraft with the number RA-96023 arrived to pick up the diplomats.
It was this plane that was in the photos provided by the Argentine police which investigated the case of transporting almost 400 kg of cocaine to Russia. It was reported that 12 suitcases containing the drug were transported precisely by the mentioned aircraft, which belongs to the flight detachment Rossiya.
At that, the Administrative Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation continues to insist that those photos were falsified.
It is to be added that the Russian diplomats leave Britain due to the corresponding decision of the country's Prime Minister Theresa May, who accused Russia of involvement in the poisoning of former Russian military intelligence Colonel Sergei Skripal. Moscow responded with the expulsion of 23 British diplomats.
Ismail Efendiev is suspected of exceeding authority in connection with the investigation of cases of detained earlier former First Deputy Prime Minister Ramazan Aliyev and nephew of the former head of Dagestan Askhabali Abdulatipov. Searches are being conducted at Efendiev's office and house.
