Moscow: drug dealers transport 15 kg of amphetamine on stolen car
During a conversation with the traffic police officers, one of them confessed that there were drugs in the car.
Moscow police have detained two drug dealers, who attempted to smuggle 15 kilograms of drugs by car. The car had been hijacked.
According to Ministry of Foreign Affairs Spokesperson Irina Volk, the driver was very nervous during a conversation with the traffic police, who stopped the car. Apparently, he cracked up and admitted that there were drugs in the car, which he was to put in various caches throughout Moscow.
There were 14 bags of amphetamine weighing 15 kilograms in the car. The Internal Affairs Directorate’s Investigations Directorate in the Northwestern Administrative District of Moscow has initiated a case under part 3 of Art. 30 and part 5 of Art. 228.1 of the Russian Criminal Code. The drug dealers have been placed in custody.

Russia’s deposit insurance agency asked the court to involve an offshore company Clement Glory in a case against a fugitive banker and an ex-owner of Vneshprombank Georgy Bedzhamov. Clement Glory turned out to hold Bedzhamov’s real estate in Great Britain in pawn, reports RBC.
