‘Best bailiff’ detained for drug traffic
Ayrat Khalliulin had repeatedly been spotted under the influence of narcotic drugs.
Deputy head of a city department of bailiffs in Tyumen Ayrat Khalliulin had a side job as a drug courier. Criminal case under item 2 of article 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Illegal Acquisition, Storage, Transportation, Making or Processing of Narcotic Drugs) was initiated against the bailiff.
According to sources, Khalliulin had earlier repeatedly been spotted under the influence of narcotic drugs while working. The bailiff was detained on July 25. He was with his friend in Toyota Vitz.
“He was spotted under the influence of narcotic drugs long ago, but the senior executives covered him and now think of how to dismiss him ex post facto,” a source told 72.RU.
Interestingly, Ayrat Khalliulin had repeatedly become a winner of the regional stage of the All-Russian competition Best bailiff and taught school students.
His measure of restraint is to be chosen in the nearest future.
