Vor Roma Kashchay detained in Poland on MIA’s request. He is charged with OCC creation
In case of a positive decision of the Polish court on the expulsion of Roman Kashchaev, he will be taken to Moscow.
Thief in law Roman Kashchaev, better known as Roma Krasnodarsky and Roma Kashchay, has been detained in Poland on the MIA request. This is reported by AGN Moskva referring to a source in law enforcement bodies.
It is known that the vor had lived in Poland using a false name. It is currently being decided to extradite him to Russia, where he has been charged in absentia with part 4 of Art. 210 of the Russian Criminal Code (Creation of a Criminal Community (Criminal Organization) by the person holding the supreme position in a criminal hierarchy). In case of a positive decision of the Polish court on the expulsion of Kashchaev, he will be taken to Moscow.
