Vor Kakha Galsky gets caught with cocaine on Rublevka, resists during detention

Law enforcers have detained thief in law Kakhaber Parpaliya aka Kakha Galsky in Moscow on Rublevskoe highway.

According to REN TV, a package with white substance was discovered during search. Later, the examination revealed that it was cocaine.

The operation to detain the vor was conducted the day before. Parpaliya resisted law enforcers, so they had to use physical force.

After the arrest of Shakro Molodoy, thief in law Kakhaber Parpaliya became the keeper of the Russian common fund, which passed to him from vor Dato Krasnodarsky. In addition, Kakha Galsky is also responsible for appointing underbosses in the regions of Russia.

Parpaliya had been last detained in the Georgian restaurant Marani in the Moscow region’s Odintsovo district along with another thief in law Elgudzha Turkadze (Gudzha Kutaissky) in July 2017. Leaders of the Novosibirsk criminal underground Pavel Brusentsev (Pasha Besheny) and Ruslan Slyusar were also detained. Some sources say that the purpose of the criminal leaders’ “gathering” was the appointment of Pasha Besheny as underboss for the Novosibirsk region.
