“Stay prudent at everything. Remember the strength is in the mind.” Thief in law Sasha Kushner sends pass to prisons in Belarus
The thief in law has called for burying the hatchet.
Aleksander Kushnerov (aka Sasha Kushner) who had left Belarus 2 years ago has sent a message to his sidekicks in Belarus calling for burying the hatchet. The message dates back to October 27. According to some reports, the message ought to be delivered across prisons and colonies by an alpha dog Volodya Lysy.
“There’s a necessity to visit you with my word and let you know about the decision.” The thief in law starts his speech.
In his message, Kushnerov uses unkind words while talking about Belarusan thieves in law - he doesn’t think they are in fact thieves in law and calls them “unpeople.” He’s talking about Galey, Lebed, Pashtet, Mumu and Medvezhonok who in 2013 ignored the decision of the now-deceased thief in law Volodya Birya (Vladimir Biryukov who died in 2009) concerning Apuka.
In particular, when Apuka again found himself behind bars in 2007, Birya offered not to consider him a thief in law, however the influential persons of Mogilevsky remand prison disobeyed. Since that moment, the criminal world of Belarus split into two camps - those who obeyed the Birya’s offer, and those who did not. As for Apuka, he is told to have spent all his life behind bars. Nowadays, there are mixed feelings as to his personality.
It is quite obvious that Sasha Kushner decided to end the squabble. He’s writing about it in his message: “Due to a human understanding that a human is unbloody and unconquerable, from this day - October 27, 2018 - I’m writing this suggestion to all of you. Start with a clean sheet, and let your life be pure. Stay decent and unflinching in front of your life’s enemies.” The “suggestion” meant ending arguments. In other words, the thief in law calls for stopping the conflict and unite.
Moreover, the thief in law delivers a sermon: “ Listen to both parties. Don’t make rapid-fire decisions - for there’s nothing more important than a human’s destiny. Stay prudent at everything. Remember the strength is in the mind.”
The State Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region is waiting for changes. The new chief from Moscow - General Plugin - plans to upend the St. Petersburg policemen completely. Interior Minister Kolokoltsev approves this idea.
