Speculators trying to sue 34 million rubles with Shakro Molodoy's familiar
The lawyer of Fatima Misikova said that the history of compensation for allegedly supplied equipment for the production of cream is a fraudulent scheme.
The story of a claim for compensation for the acquired equipment to Atelier 8 of Fatima Misikova obtains the continuation. The company of Shakro Molodoy's familiar could become a victim of fraud, Gazeta.ru reports. As the CrimeRussia has already reported, the plaintiffs demand 34 million rubles from Misikova's company for unpaid supply separators. Businesswoman's lawyers are already preparing documents to appeal to the police and the court.
According to the materials of the case, the company Atelier 8 allegedly purchased batch separator J5-Plava-OS-5, designed for continuous separation of whole milk into cream and back. According to the plaintiffs, all obligations were fulfilled by them in full, but they did not receive payment . As evidence of the obligations' fulfilment they provided contracts, invoices and bill of lading.
According to Misikova’s lawyer Valentin Bytensky, his client did not buy such equipment from any one and did not plan to engage in the dairy business. According to him, the situation is reminiscent of the fraudulent scheme. Analysis of cases involving claims of Kaliningrad greenhouses LLC looks suspicious - in August 2016, the company filed 11 similar lawsuits to 94 million rubles. Respondents in all cases stated that had not entered into contracts with plaintiffs, and the documents were fake. Bytensky noted that Misikova intends to apply a statement to the police about the fraud.
To remind: on December 14, 2015 designer Fatima Misikova was an instigator of the notorious showdown on Rochdelskaya Street, which occurred in December of 2015. According to investigators, Shakro Molodoy’ assistant Andrey Kochuykov (Italian) together with his team came to defend interests of Misikova extorting 8 mln rubles from hostess of the Elements Joanna Kim. She allegedly owed this amount to Misikova. Negotiations turned to a shootout, which left two people of Italian’s gang dead. As a result, the event has led to a number of high-profile arrests - first of all, the participants of the conflict, then, Shakro Molodoy was detained, and after a number of high-ranking employees of the Investigative Committee, who gathered to release Kochuykov for a bribe, were arrested.
The prosecutors want the former Russian Federation Council member to go to prison for 14 years instead of 9 and pay a 500-million-ruble ($8.8 million) fine instead of 70 million rubles ($1.2 million).
