A "criminal authority", whose name was not disclosed, arrived in the country to "establish the thieves’ order."
In the Donetsk region, the security forces busted a criminal gathering, which was dedicated to the birthday of thief in law Nadir Salifov, aka Guli. Artem Kisko, the acting police chief of the Donetsk region, reported about this on Facebook.
According to Kisko, the birthday man is the Ukrainian emissary - Guli, who arrived in the country to "establish the thieves’ order." A man, whose name was not disclosed, came to Ukraine under a fake name, since he was on the international wanted list for a robbery in the Poltava region. During a personal search, drugs were found at him, which was the reason for his arrest. He is currently in a pre-trial detention center. Other participants of the gathering were not detained, but were checked for the legality of their stay in Ukraine.
“I can only say – it was surreal. All these thieves and bosses must know their place - face into the ground,” Vyacheslav Abroskin, the first deputy chairman of the National Police, wrote on his Facebook page.
