War for Crime Lord throne: Shakro Molodoy attempt to save his criminal king status
Zakhar Kalashov (Shakro Molodoy)

In response to the agitation that began in the thieves' circles, the main criminal of the country stated about maintaining his status.

Straight after the recent arrest of another prominent thief in law Yuri Pichugin (Pichuga), Zakhar Kalashov (Shakro Molodoy) addressed the criminal world with a warning that they should not seek a replacement for him. According to Life, despite the fact that employees with Lefortovo detention center do their best to prevent communication of Shakro Molodoy with the external environment, his circular letter nevertheless found itself in the wild and went to the camps of Russia. Its marrow is while he is alive, no elections should not be arranged.

It is noteworthy that the message from Shakro Molodoy immediately followed the detention of Pichuga, who was seized along with his closest associates – Khadis Azizov, Maxim Abubakarov, Sergey Soldatov, Alexander Egorov, Oktay Efendiyev, Sergey Vanuyto and Akhmed Isaev. All of them are charged with organizing and/or participating in a criminal community, which may well result in long terms of imprisonment. And now when both criminals ended up in the same situation, Kalashov apparently decided that the successor operation had failed – there is no longer a decent substitute on the loose.

As the investigators say, we will see the real strength of Zakhar Kalashov by response to his appeal. One of the operatives of the MIA told Life that formally his circular letter might not have any value for the rest of the thieves, because an equal can not command another equal. On the other hand, even when Kalashov was at large he had enough open enemies. Therefore, various options are now possible – mafia clans may listen to his message and, at least temporarily, stop the struggle for power. And the term of the lull will hinge on conclusions of the investigation related to the case of Shakro Molodoy – it is one thing when he will go for a long time behind bars under Creation of a Criminal Organization (Art. 210 of the Criminal Code), and it is another if the decision on the fate of Kalashov will be made by jury due to which he can generally be acquitted. Otherwise, he may face a term up to life sentence. The investigation itself on the above article may drag on a couple of years.

According to another scenario, Shakro Molodoy will still have to appoint a placeman, but it is not a sure thing that everyone will agree with his candidacy. In addition, authoritative thieves-in-law can also take advantage of the situation now in order to improve their status. Alternatively, the competing gangs will try to put their man in charge.

The list of those close to Shakro Molodoy’s influence and criminal weight and therefore theoretically could take his place, features such authoritative figures as Vladimir Tyurin (Tyurik), Lasha Shushanashvili (Lasha Rustavsky), Alexey Petrov (Petrik), Gela Kardava (Gela), Vasily Khristoforov (Vasya Voskres) and many others.

The issue of further actions was even discussed at the January gathering in Georgian restaurant Batoni on Komsomolsky Avenue in Moscow, where many of those who are now in Russia and are still at large convened. However, then the operatives of the FSB and Moscow Criminal Intelligence interrupted the meeting.

As previously reported by the source of The CrimeRussia the siloviki received an unspoken directive that the elections of the main thief of the country should not take place until 2018 presidential elections. Thus the place of the patriarch of the underworld of Russia can remain vacant for at least 1-1.5 years and Shakro Molodoy will keep his status quo.
