The Primorsk police prevented the carnage by arriving on time for the beginning of the mob summit. As reported by the public pages in social networks, representatives of two competing criminal groups, as well as two leaders of the local criminal environment, gathered on March 13 in Khasansky district.
According to available information, the reason for the gathering of criminals was the struggle for leadership between the two local crime lords. According to one of the versions, the election of a new district alpha dog was to be held at the meeting.
Khasan, crime lord, who has been ruling in the criminal world for 20 years, some time ago was replaced by another criminal leader. However, the second, unlike the first, was unable to control the criminal gangs of the district. Conflicts between them began to increase. But these plans did not come true, because the security forces, who possess operational information, arrived at the place where the criminals gathered. At the moment, the detainees are not reported.
