Russian security servicemen detained Dato Osetin
The thief within the law has been under the law enforcement’s spotlight for several years now – since the moment of his «coronation».
Fighters of special forces of the Federal Service of National Guard troops conducted a military covert operation to detain thief within the law David Gazzayev, known in the criminal world under nicknames – Dato Osetin and Dato Vladikavkazsky. The special forces were controlled by the policemen from the Administration of Criminal Investigation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania.
The service’s media office told the CrimeRussia that the criminal fell into an ambush a the Barbashova street in Vladikavkaz. The thing is that the thief within the law has been under the law enforcement’s spotlight for several years now – since the very moment of his «coronation». His last meeting with the guardians of the law was in 2014 – then Dato was arrested in Mikhaylovskoye village and become a defendant of the criminal case over illegal weapon storage. However, after serving a suspended sentence he rushed to Moscow.
Recently, security servicemen discovered that Dato Osetin was going to return to North Ossetia and decided to conduct a military operation. During the personal search of Dato the authorities again found weapon. This time he had a hand made gun,remade in the handicraft way by replacement of a trunk from the gun "IZh-79-8" and nine bullets of caliber of 9 mm. This discovery initiated a criminal case under art. 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Besides, Dato is currently being checked for involvement in other criminal activities.
David Gazzayev was crowned on 14th of August 2014 in Turkey on a criminal meeting of a Ded Hasan’s clan.Gela Kardava was the one who put this idea over. Together with Dato other criminals were crowned – 42-years-old citizen of Tyumen Aleksander Babanov, a blood brother of an influential thief within the law Lotu Guly – Namik Salifov –, Roma Stavropolsky, Lekha Soloma, Nukry and Lekso.
According to Margarita Vennberg, Ivan Rubin borrowed 40 thousand euros from businessman Vladimir Tyurenkov about a year ago. When Rubin delayed payments, Tyurenkov raised interest, and the amount of the debt increased to 70 thousand euros.
