Rovshan Lenkoransky’s henchman detained on suspicion of murdering vor Guli’s confidant
The showdown between the clan representatives took place on December 27.
The riddling of the car on the territory of Keshlya village on December 27, 2018 was the result of the showdown between the representatives of thief in law Nadir Salifov’s (Guli) and the late vor Rovshan Dzhaniev’s (Rovshan Lenkoransky) clans.
December 27, 2018, 34-year-old Zaur Ismaylov shot Hyundai Elantra with an AK-74 rifle. As a result, 27-year-old Tural Babaev was killed and 30-year-old Asif Bagirov was badly injured. The latter was hospitalized in the city clinical hospital.
According to Sputnik Azerbaijan, the shooter surrendered to the police two days later. The Kalashnikov rifle used to commit the murder was seized.
According to the publication, the man is a member of the group that was previously controlled by thief in law Rovshan Lenkoransky, who was murdered in Istanbul in August 2016. The late Tural Babaev was a henchman of thief in law Guli.
As reported by Sputnik Azerbaijan, the conflict between the parties occurred due to the fact that Babaev, using pressure, tried to manipulate Ismaylov into his gang. The latter flatly refused.
According to the latest data, vor Guli is currently in Azerbaijan.
Six months ago, no one could predict the state of the MIA General Administration for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region by the time of the forthcoming elections. After the appointment of Moscow general Roman Plugin in charge of it, the St. Petersburg police has undergone significant changes. Major general of justice Oleg Antropov, Head of the Main Investigations Directorate, is ‘the last man standing’ from the old command of the MIA General Administration. Most probably, he is going to become the next victim of ‘janitor’ Plugin.
