Protege of thieves Lera Sumskoy and Nedelya threw a party in jail
Underboss of Lukyanovka SIZO Albert Khusanulin greeted b-day boy a happy birthday.
The former Head of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine, Sergey Starenky, was indignant at the lavish celebration of the birth of one 'authority' in the Kiev pre-trial detention center No. 13 (Lukyanovka SIZO). The corresponding commentary and video he published on his Facebook page.
Starenky notes that Albert (Alik) Khusanulin, underboss of this SIZO, is at the heart of the ward. He congratulates the birthday boy and wishes "freedom and health" on the camera. According to the ex-Head of the penitentiary service, the inscription "SIZO in Georgia" on the screen is made "for fools", but in fact the celebration takes place in Kiev.
According to EuroMaydan on Facebook, birthday is celebrated by an unnamed Georgian authority.
Sergey Starenky wrote that the event took place in the walking yard of the SIZO near the Kat'ka building. He also suggested that the the head of the SIZO and his first deputy were on watch.
Earlier, the editor of the Ukrainian Independent News Bureau published the photo of Head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine Roman Nasirov with his cellmates in the Lukyanovka SIZO in Facebook. In the photo, Khusanulin was captured as well.
According to the Strana.ua, next to Nasirov, there are also underbosses Buba and Lvovsky. All three are henchmen of thieves in law Nedelya (Week) and Lera Sumskoy. In fact, they keep the entire Lukyanovsky SIZO under control. It is noted that the administration of the isolator actively cooperates with the underboss and, according to sources of the Strana.ua, receive kickbacks from financial assistance, which is transferred to prisoners from outside.
In Kabardino-Balkaria, an officer of Rospotrebnadzor (Federal Service on Customers' Rights Protection and Human Well-being Surveillance) had received a bribe for protection. The businessman, who had given the bribe, has turned to police.
In the last two years, the management of SK Balt-Stroy Limited Liability Company was involved into two criminal cases pertaining to embezzlements in the Ministry of Culture (Restorers’ case) and embezzlements during the construction of Vladimir Putin’s residence in Novo-Ogarevo. However, this hasn’t affected the company’s business affairs in any way. Governmental contracts with SK Balt-Stroy are extended on a regular basis. Structures affiliated with the company have been recently awarded a contract to restore the Kremlin towers.
