Moscow region: brother of killed in Nice thief in law shot dead
Khoren Margaryan, unlike his brother Edward, was not a thief in law. However, previously he was tried for murder. According to reports, he shot a man, who questioned the thieving status of his brother.
As it became known, one of the men killed in the Moscow region on April 3 was the younger brother of thief in law Edward Margaryan, Khoren. His body with gunshot wounds was found in the trunk of Mercedes on Vishnevaya Street in the village of Razvilka, the Leninsky district of Moscow region. The second found in the trunk was friend of Khoren Margaryan Mikael Lalayan.
According to MK, Mercedes, which was standing on Vishnevaya Street, was discovered by a resident of the nearest house. It seemed suspicious to him that an unfamiliar foreign car was standing near his housing for a long time. The man called the police. Law enforcement officers decided to inspect the suspicious car and, in the presence of witnesses, they opened Mercedes. In the trunk they found two corpses. MK reported that the priority version of the investigation was a contract murder, however, according to sources, the younger brother of the murdered kingpin was shot during the disassembly.
The following is known about the circumstances of the incident: on that day a friend, who worked as an excavator operator, adressed Khoren Margaryan. He said that he had a conflict with the employees of the car service. Previously, repeatedly convicted Khoren, taking two friends, flied to help. When the company arrived on the scene, Margaryan's friend was already beaten up by several people. A fight ensued, during which Margaryan, trying to stop the carnage, fired into the air, and then into one of his opponents, immediately receiving a reciprocal bullet that became deadly for him. Mikael Lalayan was also killed. Their companion, as well as the culprit of the incident managed to escape.
At the present time, the ICR Main Investigation Department opened a criminal case under two articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - Murder and Illicit Trafficking in Weapons.

Edward Margaryan, better known in the criminal environment as Edo Oktemberyansky, was killed in Nice, where he lived recently. It happened in May 2011. His father died of a heart attack immediately after the report of the death of his eldest son.
On September 25, another person from in the Titov's list - lawyer Dmitry Pankov - returned to Russia under a recognizance not to leave. He was accused of divulging commercial secret and collapse of the deal for 700 million rubles ($10.6m).
At September 20, Conor McGregor, who traditionally offends opponents before the fight, criticized the father of Khabib Nurmagomedov and called him the quivering coward for a photo with Ramzan Kadyrov, whom he called a “dictator and warlord.”
