In Balashikha, CID operatives of the MIA in the Moscow region together with colleagues from the Balashikha MIA detained kingpin Zakro Sukiazov, better known by the nickname Shakar. The press service of the Moscow region Central Board said that previously Shakar was convicted for a similar crime. At the present time in relation to Sukiazov a criminal case was initiated, the court sanctioned his arrest. In the pre-trial detention center Shakar hardly came around as the thief in law - the criminal lost his title back in 1988. The dispelling happened in one of the colonies of Chelyabinsk.
Ismail Efendiev is suspected of exceeding authority in connection with the investigation of cases of detained earlier former First Deputy Prime Minister Ramazan Aliyev and nephew of the former head of Dagestan Askhabali Abdulatipov. Searches are being conducted at Efendiev's office and house.
