Moscow court sentences emissary of kingpin Guli to five years for extortion from businessmen

Moscow Zamoskvoretsky District Court sentenced an emissary of mafia boss Nadir Salifov (Guli) to five years in prison. Fuad Rzaev was convicted of extortion (Article 163 CCRF). Of which he partially pleaded guilty. The court gave him a term below the lowest.

According to the investigators, Fuad Rzaev, acting on behalf of kingpin Guli, extorted large sums of money from several entrepreneurs. Monthly payments amounted to 2 million rubles ($ 30,000) from each who Rzaev and his henchmen visited. After one of such meetings, two of the businessmen wrote a statement to the law enforcement bodies.

Fuad Rzaev is considered to be one of the emissaries of Guli, who, according to the latest data, currently lives in Turkey.
