Moldovan, who became olverlord for Carpathian penal colony, expelled from Ukraine
He was serving a sentence for murder.
Ukraine expelled from the country an “overlord” of the Ivano-Frankivsk penal colony. The native of Moldova was released last month after having served a sentence for a murder committed with particular cruelty.
At the same time, the 32-year-old Moldavian was the kingpin of the penal colony and, according to current information, intended to continue to fulfill this role when released, taking control of the entire Ivano-Frankivsk Region.
However, under the pretext that the man was in Ukraine illegally, he was expelled to Moldova through the Mamalyga checkpoint and banned entry into the territory of the neighboring state for three years.
