Mob summit of released crime lord and underboss busted in Urals

Law enforcers have detained 15 people.

Last Friday, employees of the regional Organized Crime Unit and National Guard officers disrupted a mob summit of crime lords in the city of Kamyshlov, Sverdlovsk region. As reported by Kommersant-Ural, at least 15 people have already been detained, with whom a preventive discussion has been held.

They planned to discuss the redistribution of spheres of influence in Kamyshlov and Bogdanovich. Especially since crime lord Andrey Vorotnikov (Vorotnik) was recently released after serving a 6-year sentence for Swindling (Art. 159 of the Russian Criminal Code) and Extortion (Art. 163). It is known that he actively interacts with the Kamyshlov underboss, Vagif. However, Vagif was not among the participants in the mob summit.
