In Bakhmut, security officers busted a gathering of crime bosses in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions, the press service of the Strategic Investigation Department of the National Police of Ukraine reports.
According to law enforcers, representatives of the criminal world gathered to discuss the redistribution of influence, as well as agree on the candidacy of a mafia enforcer in Starobelsky pre-trial detention center.
As the Head of the criminal police of the Donetsk region, Artem Kisko, said, the event was led by a Turkish citizen, a native of Azerbaijan, representing the interests of thief in law Nadir Salifov, known as Lotu Guli.
Kisko emphasized that the future of the crime lord's protege now lies in the hands of the migration service. The investigation has already prepared a submission for reducing the period of stay in Ukraine.
