Killers who had been detained near Zelensky’s house prepare assassination of ‘authority’ Vova Morda
The murder that was not committed had been planned for 3 months.
3 killers who had been detained in neighborhoods of a villa community near Kiyv - where house of a candidate for presidency in Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky is located - had prepared assassination of a Lvov ‘authority’ Vladimir Didukh (aka Vova Morda), reports Ukrainskaya pravda with reference to a source within the country’s Prosecutor General’s Office.
Names of the detainees are known: a 38-year-old citizen of Lvov with prior records Sergey Tsven (aka Tsvik), a 45-year-old native of Lvov region Vladimir Bilyk and a 41-year-old citizen of Lvov Andrey Soltis.
According to the source, the killers had been planned the assassination for 3 months. During this period of time, they rented an apartment in Kyiv, purchased a squad automatic weapon DShK and a car Toyota Land Cruiser Prado. Beretta and TT guns were found during the searches.
It is reported that the criminals were going to rob the ‘authority’. Ukraine’s prosecutor general Yury Lutsenko had earlier reported that the detainees had been preparing a liquidation of the Lvov ‘authority’ out of revenge for an organized assassination attempt of a Lvov businessman Bogdan K. on August 29, 2016.
It had earlier been reported that the killers were in a jeep with a machine-gun set instead of its back seats. They responded with armed resistance during their detention.
