Kiev has detained Giga Petriashvili aka Professor, a thief in law of 26, for the second time in the past six months. Accompanied by police officers, the Georgian native and Turkish resident was taken to the airport and put on a plane heading to Istanbul.
The Kiev Criminal Investigation Department had detained Professor before, in September 2017. They forced him out to Turkey with a ban on entry into Ukraine for three years.
