House arrest for Eduard Budantsev who shot two Shakro Molodoy's people extended until April
On Friday, the Moscow City Court extended the house arrest until April 15 for former KGB officer Eduard Budantsev, accused of killing two people of the thief in law Shakro Molodoy in a firefight outside the Elements restaurant on Rochdelskaya street in Moscow.
Let us recall that November 14 Budantsev was recognized as a victim in the case of extortion and hooliganism by the Tverskoy Court of Moscow. It had been previously reported that he had been receiving inpatient treatment at the Serbsky Institute of Psychiatry. Budantsev's lawyer, who had headed the side of the restaurant owner Zhanna Kim during the firefight, previously asked the court to allow the defendant to have walks.
It should be reminded that Eduard Budantsev has been charged with the murder of two and more persons. He has not pleaded guilty, but admitted that he had made shots from combat weapons to defend himself and his friends.
The United States is considering two lawsuits against the "Russian mafia" at the same time; one is the criminal syndicate of the thief in law Razhden Shulaya and the other one is a Brighton Beach gang with an exaggerated name Vory v zakone ("Thieves in law"), although there are no actual thieves in law among the members. Reports from the court hearings tell us something about the relationship between the immigrant gangsters.
