Have Nodar Asoyan’s henchmen bribed the Rostov Criminal Investigation officers?
The depicted medley is just a drop in the bucket of the Dyoma’s gang outrage. The gang is “covered” not only by Khasan’s criminal clan but also by the police authorities of the Rostov Region.
The CrimeRussia possessed an exclusive video from CCTV cameras, which demonstrates all the mess that is usually done by criminal henchmen in the Rostov Region. Everything that is going on the record is nothing else but a usual methods of the Taganrogskaya gang, which is headed by a well-known kickboxer, Nodar Asoyan’s henchman. After finishing his carrier as a professional sportsman, Demiyan Mikhailov caught up with criminals and got a nickname - Dyoma.
Readers may think that it is an ordinary fight and not take it seriously.
But the situation is not so trivial. There has happened not just a strong guys’ scuffle: the fact that two men were lying on the ground with no vital signs had not initiated any proceedings.
The record, which now is available, has been kept in secret for more than a year, moreover, most of the Rostov media networks would never make it public – because of the fear of getting in troubles. The reason is that the depicted medley is just a drop in the bucket of Dyoma’s gang outrage. The gang is “covered” not only by Khasan’s criminal clan but also by the police authorities of the Rostov Region. But let’s start from the beginning.
The fight, in which a group of hot under the collar guys, leaded by Dyoma’s hook arm Roman Dereberya (Lyolya) jumped onto two their opponents, took place at the Staraya Krepost’ (Old Castle) restaurant in Taganrog in far 2014. What was the matter of the conflict is unknown, however, the CrimeRussia source reported that Dyoma’s people usually arranged such “power actions”. So, proceedings connected with the situation in the Staraya Krepost’ were not initiated as well.
In January 2015, Dyoma and Lyolya somehow were imprisoned on a charge of theft of 8 thousand rubles from the Zarya fishing farm located in the Neklinovskiy District. On the 22nd of January at 22:00, wrongdoers illegally entered the fishing workshop, which doors were open, and stole 8 thousand rubles – a miserable amount of money for criminals of their status. Anyway, there is a case initiated on the fact of a theft.
While law-enforcement authorities were hanging a leg, Mikhailov and Dereberya committed one more crime. On 31st of January, they blanketed a cashier in a street shop located in Komarovka village, the Neklinovka District in Rostov. They harassed the seller with witnesses being nearby, threatened him with a knife and hit the shop by their hands. Those actions were considered as “hooliganism” by the Rostov Department of Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Later, it leaked out that there is a witness of the first mentioned misconduct. It was Pavel Slepchenko, a director of a state farm, who gave evidences that members of the Dyoma’s band had come to the finishing farm not for money. According to him, the criminals were trying to seize the enterprise illegally.
On the 31st of January, both Demian Mikhailov and Roman Dereberya were detained during the joint operation of the Criminal Investigations Directorate of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Rostov Region, the Criminal Investigations Department for the Neklinovskiy District and the Federal Security Service Directorate for the Taganrog Region.
Nevertheless, it has been a year without any official accusations being presented against the defendants of the case. But according to the CrimeRussia source, director of the state farm Slepchenko, who had born witnesses against Dyoma and Lyolya as persons trying to seize the enterprise, is at risk of being imprisoned on a forged charge of beating a citizen. According to our sources, Dyoma’s police “roof” is so powerful, that it is trying to help him by all means, even illegal.
The local hooligans were “covered” by the Department of Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Neklinovskiy District in the Rostov Region and especially by the Deputy Head of the Department of Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Neklinovskiy District Lyubartsev Yuri Vladimirovich as well as prosecutor of the Neklinovskiy District Ishchenko Alexander Yuryevich. However, the main “defender” of Nodar Usoyan’s henchmen is the Criminal Investigations Directorate of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Rostov Region representative – Puzanov Vasiliy.
While Dyoma and Derebarya were locked up, Pavel Slepchenko is under pressure of the local police. A number of checks initiated by the Department for Fighting against Economic Crimes did not reveal anything and did not motivate Slepchenko to drop his evidence. So, there was an effort to influence him with another way: prosecutor of the Neklinovskiy Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs V. Shiyanov was trying to initiate a criminal case against Slepchenko on alleged injures being made to a person (Art. 112 of the Criminal Code “ Intended infliction of medium gravity damage to health”).
The CrimeRussia source has managed to find out, who actually “covers” Dyoma and Lyolya. So, according to our information, their “roof” is the Department of Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Neklinovskiy District of the Rostov Region, in particular, Deputy Head of the Department of Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Neklinovskiy District Lyubartsev Yuri Vladimirovich as well as prosecutor of the Neklinovkskiy District Ishchenko Alexander Yuryevich. However, the main “defender” of Nodar Usoyan’s henchmen is the Criminal Investigations Directorate of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Rostov Region representative – Puzanov Vasiliy Ivanovich.
In April 2015, after being checked by the local prosecution office, the case of Dyoma and Lyolya was transferred to the Main Investigations Directorate of the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Rostov Region and then, for the further investigation, it was sent to the Taganrog Regional Office of Internal Affairs of Russia.
The CrimeRussia will be following the development of the case.

The prosecutors want the former Russian Federation Council member to go to prison for 14 years instead of 9 and pay a 500-million-ruble ($8.8 million) fine instead of 70 million rubles ($1.2 million).
