Ukrainian envoy of the thief in law was detained at the festive gathering.

Vor Nadir Salifov’s (Guli) envoy, who had been detained in the Donetsk region, has been arrested for two months without bail. His name is not reported, although, it is known that he had been wanted on suspicion of robbery, theft, and extortion. 

The CrimeRussia previously reported that Salifov's Ukrainian envoy was detained at his birthday party. The gangland event hosted 45 people. All of them, apart from Guli, have been released. 

According to Acting Chief of the Donetsk region police Artyom Kisko, the detained birthday boy had come to Ukraine to “establish the thieves’ order.” He had entered the country using fake documents. Personal search revealed a drug on him.

In turn, First Deputy Chairman of the National Police of Ukraine Vyacheslav Abroskin said that all thieves and underbosses should know their place, which is "face-down on the ground."
