Not so long ago, his right hand Fedor Titov, better known as Titus, making a deal with the investigation, gave testimony against him, and now it became known that with several knife attacks one member of his underbosses’ group was killed. The killed, 45-year-old Mikhail Litsay, according to Vechorko, had informal title of underboss for Petrovsk-Transbaikalian region.
According to reports, Litsay was killed on the night of February 4. His lifeless body was found with multiple stab wounds. The press service of the Investigation Department of the ICR confirmed information about the murder and added that currently the investigation is ongoing and they search for the killer.
Killed Litsay was one of the underbosses of currently arrested kingpin Takhi. It is noteworthy that in the past two months this is the second murder of the district underboss. In December 2016, Igor Sizikov nicknamed Sizyi, who looked for the Ulyotovsky district, was shot.
