Secret of Edik Tbilissky's disappearance is out
The thief in law was transferred from prison to the detention facility without explaining the reasons for his lawyer and relatives.
Kingpin Eduard Asatryan, also known as Edik Tbilissky and Osetrina, was transferred from the prison in the Chelyabinsk region to the pre-trial detention center №1.
Earlier it was reported that Edik Tbilissky was taken from the colony on the night of February, 1. Relatives of the kingpin did not know anything about the whereabouts of Asatryan for almost a week. Lawyer of kingpin Mushegh Hayrapetyan just now found out that his client was transferred to the detention center №1 in Chelyabinsk, but on the transfer's reasons it has not yet been reported.
Mushegh Hayrapetyan said that he was able to see his client in the detention facility. Eduard Asatryan is as right as ninepence, the lawyer said.
Recall, he is currently serving a three-year sentence for illegal possession of drugs. In May 2016, he was taken from Arkhangelsk to Moscow colony within the criminal case against his son Sergey Asatryan (Serega Bentley). Investigators, conducting his business, suspected that Asatryan Sr. was also involved in the extortion of $1.2 million from businessman Karen Mkhitaryan. This prospect threatens a new, more substantial term for Edik Tbilissky. But before the New Year he has been delivered to the Chelyabinsk colony.
Police officers took Kristina Morozova to a police station to check her identity, where she ended up getting a closed craniocerebral injury, minor cerebral contusion, fissure fracture of her cheekbone, fracture of her left sphenoid bone, and large leg bruise.
Viktor Trutnev, ex-Head of the Moscow Criminal Investigation Department, has finished his career ‘in style’ – he went to jail. The Moscow Garrison Military Court has recently detained the retired general for the duration of the investigation. The former police commander is accused of mediation in bribery and bribe extortion. Trutnev was turned in by his former accomplices – FSB officers trying to extort 3 million rubles ($52.3 thousand) from the Director of Snegirev Research Technological Institute in exchange for covering up violations identified at the enterprise.
