Edik Tbilissky disappeared from colony
On the night of February 1, unknown persons took him in an unknown direction out of the institution.
Relatives and lawyers of kingpin Eduard Asatryan, also known as Edik Tbilissky and Osetrina, do not find him in the colony in the Chelyabinsk region. They filed for the loss of the kingpin and believe that he is at risk, Life reports.
According to lawyer Mushegh Hayrapetyan, he was seen on 31 January last time. On the night of February 1, unknown persons took him in an unknown direction out of the institution. The prison administration refused to disclose where he is. Perhaps, we are talking about the next escorting of the convicted. The lawyer intends to ask for assistance to the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation in explaining the location of Asatryan.
Recall, he is currently serving a three-year sentence for illegal possession of drugs. In May 2016, he was taken from Arkhangelsk to Moscow colony within the criminal case against his son Sergey Asatryan (Serega Bentley). Investigators, conducting his business, suspected that Asatryan Sr. was also involved in the extortion of $1.2 million from businessman Karen Mkhitaryan. This prospect threatens a new, more substantial term for Edik Tbilissky. But before the New Year he has been delivered to the Chelyabinsk colony.
Since early February, there has been a preventive operation of the National Police of Ukraine in cooperation with the border and migration services called ‘Migrant’. Its aim is to identify and expel thieves in law and foreign crime lords out of the country.
