Mystery of the right hand's of Ded Hasan disappearence is uncovered
Obscure lost Denis Panin, who is named in a case of the murder of Chaplygin city’s (Lipetsk region) watcher, has been found.
It is turned out that the associate of the thief in law Artyom Arakelyan and in past the right hand of Ded Hasan had been transfered to Zelenograd remand prison № 12 at the end of March, but the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia did not bother to inform the Moscow Regional Court, which is hearing the case about the murder of Chaplygin city’s watcher. According to members of the Moscow Public Oversight Commission, to whom MK is referred to, an incident occurred because of Zelenograd ‘s territorial affiliation: local remand prison is under the jurisdiction of Moscow region Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, not the capital one.
It was earlier reported that the prison truck, in which there was Denis Panin, left the remand prison, but did not get to the Moscow Regional Court. Rosbalt source claimed that the prisoner cannot be find out for more than two weeks.
The criminal kingpin Denis Panin and the thief in law Artyom Arakelyan (Artem Lipetski) are accused for the murder of Chaplygin city’s watcher Alexander Abbasov nicknamed Sasha Abbas. Sasha Abbas's body was found in a drain reservoir near the village Sgonniki on 9 January 2012.
