Details of Radzhik Nizhnevartovsky’s detention transpire
The kingpin was detained near one of the houses in the village of Kargino when he was in his car.
The press service of the MIA’s Main Directorate for the Moscow Region provided details of the detention of mafia boss Razhidin Mikhraliyev, nicknamed Radzhik Nizhnevartovsky. According to the MIA, he was detained by officers of the local Main Directorate’s CID together with the inspectors of the Traffic Police for the Leninsky District with the force support of the Grom special forces fighters.
The kingpin was detained near one of the houses in the village of Kargino when he was in his car. During a search, a bundle with a powdery substance was seized from Radzhik. The examination found that the seized substance is heroin, with a total weight of more than 4 grams.
“In addition, the police found that the offender planned to organize criminal gatherings on the territory of the Moscow region holding “for the redistribution of financial flows from the criminal business, controlled by the leaders of the criminal environment,” the agency added.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against the detainee under Article 228 CCRF (illegal purchase, storage, transportation, manufacture, processing of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues). The sanction of the article provides for a maximum penalty of imprisonment for up to 15 years.
Major of the Operative Unit No. 6 in the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow, Kirill Dvoretskov, is the nephew of General Boris Pishchulin, who used to head the police of the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow.
