The daughter of Armenian thief in law Armen Kazaryan, known as Pzo, is marrying a relative of the former Minister of Transport of Armenia, Eduard Madatyan aka Huchuch Edo, Zhamanak local newspaper writes.

Thief in law Ghazaryan, 54, has been living in the United States for a long time. According to unconfirmed information, he returned to Armenia in 2018.

He was "crowned" in 1991 in Rostov-on-Don, but soon left for the United States. In the US, he became known as the head of a criminal syndicate consisting of immigrants from Armenia. Pzo is involved in a loud story of the theft of personal data of thousands of doctors and patients, which the criminals used to steal millions of dollars from Medicare system. According to the investigation, Pzo and his associates managed to steal about $ 165 million.

The Madatyan had been serving as the Minister from 2000 to 2001. Prior to that, he was a member of the Armenian parliament. In 2004, after a criminal case on charges of plotting the assassination of the President and other high-ranking officials of the country was initiated, Eduard Madatyan left Armenia.
