Criminal Investigation Department arrested wanted Nodar Tbilisi in Moscow
Authorities of Belgium and France are suspected the kingpin in the establishment of a transnational mafia criminal community, as well as the organization of thefts, extortions and money laundering.
37-year-old Georgian thief in law Aloyan Nodar, known in criminal world as Nodar Tbilisi, was detained in the capital of Russia by the Main Administration of Criminal Search of the MIA officers. It is noteworthy that the reason for detention of the kingpin was not drugs, as it usually happens. As reported by the press service of the Main Administration of Criminal Search of the MIA to the CrimeRussia, Nodar Tbilisi was issued an international arrest warrant at the request of Belgium and France. Authorities of these countries are suspected the kingpin in the establishment of a transnational mafia criminal community, as well as the organization of thefts, extortions and money laundering.
The press service reported that the special operation on the detention of the kingpin was held on August 10, 2016 in Moscow by the Main Administration of Criminal Search of the MIA officers, Interpol officers and the Russian Interior Ministry soldiers of special unit Zubr.
Currently, Nodar Aloyan is detained pursuant to Art. 91 Code of Criminal Procedure in order to ensure further transfer the detainee to law enforcement agencies of France.
Nodar Tbilisi was crowned on August 28, 2012 at the age of 33 with Merab Tbilisi, Musa the Ingush and Dato. At various times, he lived in Moscow and France.
