The 39-year-old "thief in law" Oleg Pirogov, known in the criminal world under the nickname Circach (Circus Man) was again detained by the police. This time the encounter with the Moscow Region MIA officers took place in the village Pochinki of the Noginsk District.
During the personal search, cocaine was found and confiscated, which led to a criminal investigation. On June 24, the court has decided on the preventive measure against Pirogov. According to the source, the amount of seized "dope" is enough to imprison the kingpin for up to three years.
It is to be recalled that in late 2015, almost the whole world had to rescue Circach and his companion named Caesar from the Iraqi prison, where they were placed on charges in connection with the ISIS* militants. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs got actively involved in the situation, which also played a major role in the liberation of Russian "thieves in law".
