Archive video of Rovshan Lenkoransky arrest published
It is known that the action takes place in Ukraine.
There appeared a previously unpublished video on the Internet depicting the Ukranian arrest of well-known Azerbaijani thief in law Rovshan Dzhaniev (Rovshan Lenkoransky). The video recorded how the criminal was led into an office by masked people, with the chevrons Milicia. Due to this, it can be assumed that the detention took place in Ukraine until 2015, i.е. before the reform of the MIA, when the militia became the police.
Unfortunately, it remains unknown what the Ukrainian law enforcers talked about with the thief in law, as their communication is not shown on the video. However, it can be seen that the thief behaves unperturbed despite the fact that his hands are handcuffed.

It should be noted that Rovshan Lenkoransky repeatedly encountered operatives in the neighboring country. For example, in 2010 he was rounded up at the railway station in Kiev. He had a fake passport for Aliev surname with his photo pasted in. It was reported that a criminal case was brought against the thief in law under part 3 of Art. 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Use of an intentionally counterfeit document). However there was no information whether it reached the court.
Prior to this, in 2009 he was captured as an internationally wanted person on charges of attempted intentional homicide and illegal storage of weapons. It was also then that he was extradited to Azerbaijan.
Overnight into August 18, 2016 Rovshan Lenkoransky was shot in Istanbul. His car was literally riddled from automatic weapons of at least three experienced killers. He was hospitalized in serious condition, but the doctors failed to save his life.
Rovshan Lenkoransky is one of the most authoritative Azerbaijani thieves in law. Being one of the main opponents of Ded Khasan, he was considered the initiator of his murder.
