The evidence of communication of criminals with the General Nikandrov became the correspondence in WhatsApp messenger on the phone of detainee, the thief in law Zakhar Kalashov (Shakro Molodoy). He was in pre-trial detention center on charges of hooliganism after a December shootout at Elements restaurant on Rochdelskaya street in Moscow. Then, according to the security authorities, criminals tried to grab the restaurant from its owner Joanna Kim under the ruse of unpaid debts to restaurant’s designer. According to the FSB, Shakro Molodoy stood exactly for all the activities of criminal.

After this the sanction on the detention of the first Deputy Head of the Main Investigations Directorate for the City of Moscow of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Denis Nikandrov, the Head of the Main Directorate for Interdepartmental Liaison and Internal Security of the ICR Mikhail Maksimenko and his Deputy Alexander Lamonov has been received. They are accused of taking a bribe of $ 1 million.
