Zhirinovsky sells country land worth $ 6,1 million to his illegitimate son

With the end of the dacha amnesty, Russians massively get rid of suburban land plots.

LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky sold his illegitimate son Oleg Eidelstein (Gazdarov) land plots in the village of Darino, the Odintsovo District of the Moscow Region. The plots are worth about 400 million rubles ($ 6,1 million). They are also bordered by a land plot with a house that Eidelstein had previously acquired from Zhirinovsky’s legitimate son, the deputy speaker of the State Duma, Igor Lebedev, the Baza project reports. The transactions can serve as a cover for illegal income.

With the end of the dacha amnesty, Russians are selling cottages en masse. Zhirinovsky sold two land plots with a total area of 2.5 hectares, eight residential buildings, a swimming pool, two garages and an outbuilding (total area of 3.500 square meters). The deputy had two apartments, two leased land plots in Darino with a total area of 39 acres and a Niva car. In 2009, Eidelstein bought a house with a plot from Lebedev.

Eidelstein manages the Golder company which owns trademarks with the image of Zhirinovsky, and the ANO Provision of Socio-Cultural Services “INO” established by the LDPR leader.

The Project estimated Zhirinovsky’s real estate at 9.2 billion rubles ($ 140 million). Elite real estate in Spain worth 2 billion rubles ($ 30,6) was found to belong to Lebedev.
