Ulyukaev could resign in last month

Ulyukaev suggested that the inflation would have decreased by 0.7% in 2017. The dollar comes down from 65.5 rubles next year to 64.4 rubles in 2019. In turn, Siluanov advocated that inflation settings should remain unchanged throughout the three years of the future budget (4% per year) and the dollar should get up from 67.5 rubles next year to 71.1 rubles in 2019. The difference in predictions his agency estimated at 300 billion rubles.
At the same time, the Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev supported Siluanov in the vision of the economic situation. After that, the Economic Development Ministry submitted to the Government a macroeconomic forecast till 2035, in which it predicted a stagnation of the Russian economy during this period.
Recall, today it became aware of the arrest of the Ministry of Economic Development Head Alexey Ulyukaev. The ICR instituted a criminal case under article Bribe-Taking on an especially large scale (part 6, Art. 290 of the Criminal Code) against him. According to investigators, the Minister has received $ 2 million for the approval of the Bashneft state shares acquisition by Rosneft.

A spokesperson of the Prosecutor's office said that the ECHR had not studied all the materials of the criminal case, so they were offered not to overturn the verdict, but to send the case for a new review in court.
