Tyumen bailiffs prosecuted for sale of arrested car
The check is carried out in relation to the head of the inter-district department for special enforcement proceedings of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP), Kairat Tlemisov.
Investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee in the Tyumen region initiated a criminal case for Mediation in Bribe-Taking (part 2 of Article 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) against unidentified officials of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) in the Tyumen region.
Znak.com reports citing the press service of the regional administration that in November 2018 unidentified officials of the regional FSSP received a bribe (from 25 to 150 thousand rubles) through intermediaries for the arrested car to be sold to the bribe-giver.
Investigators of the Tyumen region interrogated some FSSP officers and seized documentation.
Znak.com notes that an unscheduled prosecutor's check is ongoing in the regional bailiffs' office. In particular, some employees of the FSSP, which is headed by Kabdul Haydarov, have complaints of abuse of official authority and bribes.
